This custom home was already equipped with a small covered outdoor living space. However, the owners found it wasn’t sufficient for entertaining or for hosting their kids and grandchildren. By adding a StruXure pergola and adding MagnaTrack motorized screens to the full area, they can escape the southern Oregon summer heat and the year-round wind, creating an outdoor living space they can use most of the year.
